NepaChem is a community-driven chemistry blog created by and for Nepali chemists. It brings together students, researchers, and professionals — whether they are working in Nepal or abroad — to share knowledge, celebrate achievements, and support one another in the chemical sciences.
Our Mission
The blog aims to make chemistry accessible and engaging while highlighting the contributions of Nepalese chemists worldwide. From analytical chemistry and toxicology to organic synthesis and chemistry education, NepaChem covers a broad range of topics with clarity and enthusiasm.
Contributors
NepaChem was founded and is maintained by contributors including Basant Giri, who has shared articles, resources, and news under his own name. Other contributors have included Anant Babu Marahatta, a Ph.D. student at Tohoku University in Japan, who wrote several articles on chemical toxicology, and Dr. Harish Subedi, who contributed a personal post about his daughter's love for the periodic table.
